"Eternal friendship" we carved into the school benches, "all for one", we swore, when playing in the forest. We in the alpine residence also have a code of honour- not black on white but in our hearts.

It reads as follows: "Offer guest families everything we also want for our own families". In our "bear country" we almost exceeded ourselves! A paradise for children on 2 floors, nearly 400 square meters spacious with a spectacular adventure soft play area with slides, rope garden, hopping castle, climbing ramp, ball pool, wind tunnel, inclined elevator, aerial ropeway, spider net, plate swing, a large climbing wall, thousand and one games, drawing and tinkering area etc.

More beautiful than in any cradle. Much more entertaining! And additionally even more educational! The babies simply feel great in our crawling room with a separate baby area, the place of silence "Bethlehem" and our baby academy. Every day trained babysitters take care of the little boys and girls from 9:30am to 6pm. And naturally there are all kinds of toys available for the children.

It does not matter if you just give it a try or you use the whole wall for training, the big climbing wall is a popular meeting place and this not only for boys.
You train movement co-ordination, self-assessment, strength, perseverance and courage. And naturally our trained staff is there to help you.
Those who have trained enough can directly visit in the neighbouring Alpinarium.

There you have all kinds of levels and a wall which is 10 meters steep.

Of course, you will be supervised by our trained staff. This is ideal for beginners and for those who want more.

Every week we have a climbing champion competition.

That is a fun. Again and again! The unique bear slide with inserted sound effect leads directly from high above into the adventure and play area. We even have two of them! One short and direct with a length of 5 meters and the other one with the length of 15 meters! The longer one leads through the soft play area.

Children - you have never seen anything like that! A spectacular, real softplay paradise with slides, hop castle, climbing ramp, ball pool, wind tunnel, aerial ropeway, spider net, plate swing etc.

I bet that even men get weak when they see these great adventures! Even our house bear Leo is stunned when he sees this great area.

Only screen! Mr. Bean, Pocahontas and The Lion King have one thing in common: they are the stars in the really cool cinema for children in the hotel Ballunspitze. Twice a day we show the films - once in the afternoon and then again in the evening.

We have a big screen and a Dolby THX sound system. It might easily happen that children ask for rain when they go to bed in the evening so that they have the chance to see another movie the next day.

"Onto the stake with boredom", the Indian chief said. And the old Indian calendar said, "Children, we need Indian days - once each summer week.
From the morning till the evening sun touches the wigwam." For sure we have everything that a real Indian needs in our Indian village in the prairie next to the alpine residence Ballunspitze:

9 really great tents, a stake, a gold hunting area, archery, an Indian lunch, Indian color (so that the pale faces also get some colour!)...
and many other funny things.

Our animal and play park in which you can also touch the animals is on Niki's Ranch. Once a week the children together with our club staff visit this animal park. There are many animals to stroke, feed, and to hug. It is sheer fun to listen to the funny sounds of the different animals. - You will not find a reason to complain about. And who wins the big animal quiz while going through the park?
