Additional information

Packages. All listed packages of the Alpine Residence Ballunspitze are valid only for stays of at least seven days.

Short breaks. We add a surcharge of €10.00 per day and person for short breaks.

Credit cards. Payment can be made with VISA, Mastercard or Amex credit cards or with Maestro debit card (“EC card”). 2% discount for cash payment!

Dogs. Dogs are generally welcome. There is a charge of € 30 per day. Dog food is not included).

GARAGES. We have 20 parking spaces in garages available for you. Cost: € 10,50 per day. A parking space in a garage is included in all suite reservations!

Cancellations. The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations Österreichische Hotelreglement) apply. Guests are required to purchase cancellation insurance for their stay at the Ballunspitze alpine residence.

Arrival. Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. For a fee, we are happy to pick up guests who are travelling by train at the station in Landeck. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as you can.

Fixed bookings. For fixed bookings, we request an advance payment of € 600 per week per family by credit card or bank transfer to our account number 501940 at the Raiffeisenbank Paznaun (sort code: 36248). Swift code: RZTIAT 22248. IBAN: AT 663624800000501940
