The gym pavilion in the alpine residence Ballunspitze

You will not believe, how beautiful it can be to torture yourself a bit.
Our gym pavilion in our adventure centre can be used daily from early in the morning till late in the evening.

Of course you find training units for back, belly and buttom. Furthermore you find ergo-bikes, treadmills and steppers etc. A small hint: Holidays are the best opportunity to do something good for the body.

In the alpine residence Ballunspitze we offer a professional medical active and well being check up. You will get to know all about your physical condition and get good advice from our own doctor and trainers.

Costs:

Medical active check up, blood pressure, resting and active pulse, small condition test, extensive blood laboratory with individual interpretation and substitution recommendation:
