We even offer you two different
steam baths in the Vitalia for your well-being.
There is first of all the "alm" herbal steam
bath with its broad starry sky and the strengthening
effect for the immune system and caring effects for
skin and hair.
And secondly the classical herbal steam bath.
In both baths - or Laconia as the Romans called
it - you can enjoy a pleasant heat of 42° C to 45°
C which is particularly good for the respiratory organs
and which also support the purification of your body.

All this is introduced very harmoniously by the slow heating
up of the body. Particularly if the classical sauna is too hot,
you should try the steam baths in the alpine residence Ballunspitze.
Enjoy the steam baths for about an hour and then you can either
have a hot or cold shower. Whatever you decide to do you will
feel a revitalising tingling on your body. Do not forget to
lead the water jet from the outermost part of the body to your
heart! Thus your blood circulation and purifying process are
accelerated. In the steam baths in our Vitalia these effects
are supported by special herbs from our meadows and by natural
substances. You will feel totally renewed. |
