Climbing adventures |

That is the limit! - Extactly! - Therefore
the hotel Ballunspitze offers a "high time"
for children.
They train on our climbing wall in the bear
country, turn into professionals in the Alpinarium
and in summer they conquer the really steep rocks in nature.
In July and August we offer adventurous climbing weeks
in the mountains for children over 8.

Together
with trained mountain guides climbing is not about being
on top first but about great fun, experiencing nature
and courage to liberty.
You will experience 5 adventurous days in the great mountains
of the Paznaun valley and this is the absolute contrast
to dad's hiking tours on the weekends. At the beginning of the
adventure weeks we all will get to know each other, start
with the training and then do our first attempts on the 25m
steep climbing wall out of natural stone.
On the second day a taxi will bring the group to the Jamtal
hut (2164m above the sea level). There you will enjoy a
traditional snack and experience various high alpine
programmes and finally you will drive downhill with the
mountain bikes.
The highlight of the adventure week is the camp on the Alpkogel
(1950m) After driving up the mountain with the Birkhahn lift
the children have to build up their tents. The day will conclude
with a nice campfire and barbeque.
The next day fishing in the Sedel - lake in Vermunt is
on the programme.
On the fifth and final day the whole group goes to the climbing
track where you can show the others what you have learnt.
This will conclude the Tyrolean Active Camp in a very
relaxed way. The participation including full board, programme,
equipment and additional expenses (taxi service, road pricing…)
costs only EUR 307,- per child.
