you a marvellous wellness area with big indoor
swimming pool from which you have a great view.
This is a perfect combination from architecture and nature,
from water, light and sun.
The relaxing area is built in a circle and is 600 square
meters spacious. There you find two levels from which
you have a great view.

a perfect swimming holiday. In the wellness oasis "Vitalia"
you find whirlpools, different steam baths,
saunas etc.
Additionally we have our beauty farm and the "fountain
of youth": Jungborn with our emperor's bath, the Venetian
bath and hay bath.
You will see: in the alpine residence Ballunspitze you
can connect wellness with beauty and relaxing. If you arrive
