As part of our all-inclusive family pamper board, we spoil you with lovingly prepared delicacies – from early morning to late evening.

Start the day with pleasure with our 20-metre-long breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired with fresh organic products, crispy pastries, regional specialities and warm egg dishes.

At lunch time, a varied lunch with salad buffet, soup, main courses and delicious desserts from our in-house patisserie awaits you. The afternoon snack with Tyrolean delicacies, sweet treats and fresh fruit provides new energy in between.

In the evening you can enjoy a 5-course menu of your choice with regional refinement and international influences – lovingly prepared and served in a stylish ambience.

And best of all: non-alcoholic drinks from the soda fountain are available to you free of charge around the clock. Coffee specialities from 07:30 – 21:00.

Your catering starts on the day of arrival with the afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

Your children take centre stage with us – lovingly cared for and well looked after.

Thanks to our extensive childcare programme, you can enjoy a relaxing break for two while your little ones are in safe hands. Our dedicated child carers cater to the individual needs of each child and, thanks to Smiley’s child passport, naturally also take preferences and allergies into account.

A colourful, age-appropriate programme awaits the children from 8:30 to 22:00: whether it’s face painting, exciting excursions into nature, magic shows or creative craft workshops – boredom doesn’t stand a chance with us.

In the children’s cinema, young guests can meet their favourite heroes, rehearse for their own theatre performances or show off their talent at the mini playback show. Our indoor park with go-kart track is also particularly popular, providing action and fun whatever the weather. This turns every day into a little adventure that will delight your children and let you relax without a care in the world.

The SKY Infinity outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, and the panoramic indoor pool invite you to enjoy a relaxing swim with mountain views. Immerse yourself in our Wellness Oasis AlpenSPA: The classic sweating offer with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, aroma steam bath, experience showers and star grotto offers a variety of options for deep relaxation. Your pampering experience is rounded off by our extensive massage, relaxation and beauty programme. Relax in the hot whirlpool or in our relaxation rooms – here you will find your own personal place of strength.

For our younger guests, there is the fun children’s splash area Plitsch Platsch with triple slide, where fun and splashing around are guaranteed. So the whole family gets their money’s worth!

Our family rooms offer everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. All kinds of practical extras such as a baby monitor, kettle, fridge on request, a bag with bathrobes and fresh Grander water round off the facilities. No bathing shoes: For the sake of the environment, we have dispensed with the disposable bathing shoes in the wellness bags and politely ask you to simply bring your own bathing shoes.

We are happy to help you save on luggage. From B for cot, baby bouncer, bathrobe and buggy to L for pushchair and humidifier to W for nappy pail and changing mat, many useful items can be borrowed at no extra charge.

Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, only in the restaurant and bathing and wellness area we switch off technically and mentally and surf exclusively on the gentle waves of the well-tempered water.

We have put together a varied activity programme for our guests – a daily variety of activities to inspire young and old. Our fitness room with its modern equipment provides active stimuli, where you can give your body the exercise it needs.

A car park is reserved for all guests directly at the hotel. Underground car park on request (for a fee).

Our kids are well catered for at the children’s buffet with lots of fresh vegetables, pizzas from the stone oven, changing classics such as schnitzel, burgers and pasta. Separate baby buffet with Hipp jars, follow-on milk and much more. Our kitchen team will also be happy to prepare porridge according to your wishes.
