Cancellations:

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply. Landeck is the place of jurisdiction.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The following cancellation conditions currently apply to all bookings:

- free of charge up to 30 days before arrival

- up to 1 week before arrival 70%

- in the week of arrival 90%

- late arrival or early departure 100%

- If the deposit will be refunded, we charge a processing fee of € 30.00 for each cancellation during the free period
