- All-inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and afternoon buffets with sweet and savoury delicacies, 5-course meals of your choice in the evening or themed buffets as well as non-alcoholic drinks from the beverage station around the clock. Speciality coffees 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Your meals begin with the afternoon snack on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. - Baby and childcare: Professional baby and childcare from 0 to 16 years (by age group), all day on 7 days per week, from 8.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (babies until 8 p.m.) is included.
- Bathing and sauna area: Our panorama indoor pool, the Sky Infinity outdoor pool and the “plitsch platsch” children's water world invite you to dive in. There is plenty of heat and steam in the sauna area with its saunas and steam baths, and an infrared cabin helps you switch off from everyday life. No bathing shoes - For the sake of the environment, we do not include disposable slippers in the wellness bags and politely ask you to simply bring your own bathing shoes.
- Handy items in the room: Our family rooms offer everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. All kinds of handy extras such as a baby monitor, a bag with bathrobes and fresh Grander water round off the experience.
- Save luggage space: We are happy to help you save luggage space. You can borrow all kinds of useful items free of charge, including cot, baby bouncer, bathrobe, buggy, pram, humidifier, nappy pail and changing matt.
- WiFi: We offer free WiFi throughout the building, except in the restaurant and the bathing and wellness area, where we switch off our technology as well as minds and only surf the gentle waves of the warm water.
- Active program: The guests of the hotel are offered an active program that is impressive. There are different offers for young and old every day.
- Parking: A parking space is reserved for all guests directly by the hotel. Underground car park space on request (for a surcharge)
- Children's pampering package: Our small guests are well catered for at the children's buffet with lots of fresh vegetables, pizza from the stone oven, changing classics such as schnitzel, burgers and pasta. There is also a separate baby buffet with Hipp baby food jars, formula milk and much more. Our kitchen team are happy to prepare baby food of your choice.
