For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of 600,00 Euro. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer within 60 days before arrival. For online bookings a deposit by credit card is required.

Your catering starts on the day of arrival with the afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure with breakfast. Services not consumed will not be refunded.

A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

The following cancellation conditions currently apply to all bookings:

• Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
• 30 days to 1 week before arrival 70% of the room rate
• in the week of arrival 90% of the room rate
• Late arrival or early departure 100% of the room rate
• In the event of a refund of the deposit, we charge a processing fee of € 30.00 for each cancellation within the free period

To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, job loss, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! From our point of view, it is essential to take out travel insurance when booking! We have been working with Europäische Reiseversicherung for many years. The insurances have been newly adapted.

One parking space per room is available directly at the hotel.
Underground car park only on request on site € 10.00 per day/car.

Pets are very welcome in our hotel.
We charge € 25.00 per pet per night (without food).
