As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own kitchen post and make a significant contribution to the quality of the dishes. With expertise, creativity and a high level of quality awareness, you will coordinate processes in your area, support the kitchen team and ensure that the food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
