As a Chef de Rang, you are a host with heart and a sense of responsibility. You will be in charge of your own service station area, advise guests competently on the selection of food and drinks and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant. Requirements

  • Managing a service station
  • Instructing and training the Commis de Rang in the daily service process
  • Advising guests on their choice of food and drinks
  • Serving the food and drinks
  • Taking orders and processing them or forwarding them to the kitchen
  • Preparing and mixing drinks
  • Creating invoices using the Elite POS system
